Graded Jordan cards are a great investment

We all know just how valuable Michael Jordan basketball and baseball cards are in today`s card market.  His 1986 fleer rookie card by itself can fetch an easy $1000.00 dollars on a bad day. Jordan was and is the best basketball player ever without a doubt. So what is the big deal about getting one of his cards professionally graded?

Plenty, that`s what. Getting a card graded puts it in a class above all others. It completely seals the card forever, and depending on the grade, makes it worth a ton more than if not graded at all. So a player of Jordan`s caliber just sky-rockets a typical card into a must have.

The grading system is based mainly on the condition of the card(centering, corners, and creasing if any). So if a typical Jordan card like a 1990 fleer books for $2.00 dollars, graded it would be worth around possibly $10.00. The highest you can get would be a pristine condition gem mint 10.  10 being the highest and 1 being the lowest.

Beckett grading system (or bgs), is perhaps the most trusted name in the grading card business. They have been grading Jordan cards since its first inception. Other card companies grade as well and can be trusted just as much. So go with whatever Jordan graded card has the best price and of course grade.
