This is where Micheal Jordan falls into place at. His established records and his clutch shots when the game was on the line, was just the cusp of his illustrious career began at.
This is why his NBA Jersey is so sought after, even though his playing days are over with. His famous Red Chicago Bull #23 Jersey seems to be a piece of American fabric. Growing up, who didn`t want to own a Jordan jersey. Every one of my friends did as well as myself.
Well not much has changed since I was little. I still am hoping to receive one from my wife for Christmas or possibly my birthday. I would wear it shooting ball at the gym, or even to the mall where everyone can see who my idol is.

Even more than the Celtics, Lakers, Muhammad Ali, and even the Olympics as a whole. Gee, I wonder why. Could it be because he is the most premiere athlete the world has ever known, or that he redefined gravity with his ability to hang in mid air?
Whatever the fascination this highly respected sports magazine has with Air Jordan, these magazines with him on the cover of them are very collectible and worth alot of money. Each issue has him either winning a title on it, hitting another game winning shot in the Finals, or him setting another milestone while playing for the Chicago Bulls.
Wherever his likeness is, money and value is right behind it. His ability to knock down that game winning shot, and dunk at will on other NBA players, may never be seen again. Yeah, I know you have Lebron and Kobe, but Jordan sailed the seas that other players coudn`t on the hardwood.
That`s why these Jordan SI`s are so valuable and sought after by his fans. They are affordable and easy to store and keep in great shape.

His glorious posters hung on my walls for years growing up as a child, and I still have a few of them left. It was a great way to deck my room out with the greatest man to ever play the game of basketball. He was and always will be my favorite player ever, to dawn a Chicago Bull uniform.
His memories of posters past, seem to always have him flying in the air dunking on another NBA star or veteran. The thing I like most about Jordan`s posters are the affordability. I mean, who woudn`t want a poster of him defying gravity, or making another opponent a victim of a tomahawk dunk. When you can spend between five dollars and thirty dollars for a piece of him, you`d be insane not to.
His posters also make great collector’s items that you can pass down time and time again. Just think of Michael hanging on your wall at home or at work, wearing his Air Jordans hanging in mid-air. Definitely worth the small investment in my opinion!

He set unbreakable records, hit game winning shots for NBA Championships, and made everybody on his team better. This is what a true legend is really made of and he has always been someone a kid could look up to as a hero.
So with all of this being said, this is the perfect time to invest in a Michael Jordan action figure. The most desirable action figures of MJ are made by a company(no longer in business), called Starting Lineup. They started making action figures in 1988 of baseball, football, and basketball players.
So you can imagine the buzz over all of Jordan`s figures when they first came out. Everyone had to have his "first" piece as it is referred to and for good reason. They knew the value of it and already knew it would sky-rocket in the future-as it indeed did.
All of his figures were made from 1988 to 1993, so you can see the scarcity of them. He also had an appearance on the 1992 Olympic Dream Team box set, along with his fellow Olympians. That figure as well as others that appear with him, are valued at $100.oo dollars.
There are a number of more Jordan figures by Mattel and other toy makers as well. However, even though they have been long out of business, Starting Lineup figures of Michael just keep leading the way.
